Shelves, shelves, shelves… everywhere…
Designed by Russian industrial designer Maria Yasko these modular shelving units would definitely add a focal point to any room, especially when added with the wall graphics. The project is named “Vjunok“and and at this project the designer seems to have been inspired by nature and surroundings, as one can see many of the designs which have graphically designed leaves and branches as extensions of the structures. Each design seems to be the perfect fusion of art and design, and is a great way to make a room or a piece of furniture more interesting.
Designed by the Mexican designer Joel Escalona and called “MYDNA” its a unique bookcase design with twist shape. This interesting piece of furniture called “MyDNA” take their influence from that of the DNA strand, as you can see in the pictures attached below. MYDNA can be on several colors and in two presentations: Static MYDNA, which is one single structure perfect for dividing rooms at home and Rotating MYDNA for easy access to the books and more objects you put on it. For those of you who already fall in love with this piece of furniture unfortunately the bookcases are currently looking for a manufacturer to pick up production, and can’t be boght for now.
Really very wonderful and beautiful looking shelves of the winning styles and designs of both Mexico and Russia. I am thinking of purchasing in the New Year. The most alluring of them all is MyDNA which is ultra modern in design for books and files. Being in home it increase volume especially in the study room.
