There are many reasons to have house plants in your home. Plants can do more than adding a decorative touch to your house, they can also add energy to your room and help you feel less stressed. We should also pay attention to what our ancestors have known for centuries, plants are not just ornaments and at some level we are connected to them so much that on cohabitating with them makes us healthier and less stressed.
